Kobi Pronam: Our Homage to Literature and Community. We pay tribute to poets and writers who have shaped our cultural identity through songs , recitations, and performances.

in this open to all event, join us for a heartwarming day of connection, laughter, and shared stories at the Annual Family Picnic! This event is designed to welcome new migrants into the community while celebrating the rich diversity of our long-time residents.

Annual Family Sports Day / Cricket Match

We organise an Annual Family Sports Day with badminton and cricket as the main activities is a great way to promote health, bonding, and fun! We intend to add many more sports into this, as demanded by the community

The BANSW Natyotsab

Natyotsab( Drama Festival) is a fantastic way to celebrate and showcase theatrical talent, engage the community, and promote the arts. The event include performances from community members , amateur drama groups and /or professional troupes from overseas.

The BANSW Sharod Utsab

BANSW Durga Pujo is the oldest community Durga Pujo in southern hemisphere . Durga Puja is one of the most vibrant and significant festivals in Bengal , celebrated with unparalleled enthusiasm, devotion, and grandeur. It transcends being just a religious event, becoming a cultural extravaganza that unites people across regions, communities, and beliefs. We celebrate Durga Pujo with due pomp and glamour across all 5 Days! The celebration follows by Bijoya Sammeloni , when the community meets and greets everyone in traditional way.

Saraswati Pujo

Saraswati Puja, dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge, wisdom, music, and arts, is a vibrant and cherished festival celebrated by the community . Observed on Basanta Panchami, it marks the onset of spring ( in India) and is considered an auspicious day for learning and creativity.
